About this notice

The Hannes Harrs Collection uses information provided through this website to respond to artwork enquiries and process orders. For privacy questions, contact admin@hannesharrs.co.za.

Information collected

Checkout asks for your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and optional phone number and order notes. Order records include the artworks ordered, amounts and order status. Enquiry forms collect the contact details and message you provide. WordPress and WooCommerce also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser information for site operation and security.

How information is used

Order information is used to administer your order, communicate with you, reconcile payment and arrange delivery. Enquiry details are used to respond to your request. Required checkout fields are needed to process an order.

EFT payments

Payments are by EFT. The website does not collect card details or online banking passwords. Please use your order number as the payment reference and do not send banking passwords or PINs through an enquiry form.

Cookies

WooCommerce uses cookies to remember cart contents and maintain shopping sessions. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in sessions where applicable. Blocking these cookies can prevent the cart and checkout from working.

Service providers and external links

Website hosting and email services process information needed to operate the site and send order communications. Delivery providers receive the information needed to fulfil an order. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook or other external services are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.

Records and requests

Order and enquiry records are retained for order administration, accounting, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
