SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery details and applicable shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for paying the applicable shipping costs at the time of purchase. These costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is finalised.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will arrange for the artwork to be prepared for dispatch.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control.

We take care to package artwork appropriately to help protect it during transit. Customers are encouraged to inspect their artwork upon delivery and report any damage as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. Additional charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may apply.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
